Press Wood Pallets Tests
Static Tests
The static load is the maximum load a pallet can carry when it is on a flat surface. If numerous pallets are loaded up, the overall weight determines the load on the pallet below.
We carry out static tests on our Presswood pallets by placing heavy loads and packaged goods on the pallets. The pallets are monitored regularly to see how perfectly they function. Our 25 kg presswood pallets actively carry a static load of more than 6 tons
Drop Test
As part of our daily quality checks, we also conduct drop tests. Our free fall drop tests are performed from different heights in accordance with the ISO 8611 standards. This is to test the overall strength and durability of the pallets for heavy shock and vibrations. Drop tests help to simulate the kind of shock that the pallets may experience when it’s being handled mechanically or physically.
Dynamic Test
Pallet capacity when lifted by forklifts.
Our Dynamic tests are performed to mirror the elevated movement of the wooden pallet when it’s on transit on a forklift. The pallets are partially supported with an evenly distributed load and monitored for balance and overall movement. Our presswood pallet actively carries a dynamic load of 2 tons.
Visual Test
We also conduct visual destructive tests daily. This is carried out meticulously to double check for flaws or any sign of damage. To ensure that only the most perfect pressed wood pallets get to you.
